Management Assistant (m/f/d)
Location: Graz / Full-time
Your role at AdamGard
As an assistant to the CEO, you will be directly involved in the strategic and operational processes of our company. You will work closely with the CEO, provide support in day-to-day organization and help set up efficient structures in areas such as HR, internal communication, project management and business process management. You think ahead, maintain an overview and actively contribute ideas.
Your tasks
- Supporting the management in organizational, administrative and strategic issues
- Participation in internal projects & process development
- Preparation and follow-up of appointments, presentations and reports
- Communication with internal and external partners
- Coordination of HR topics & team processes
- Responsibility for smooth office organization in day-to-day business
What you bring with you
- Completed training or studies in the field of business, communication or organization
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable assistant or management position
- Organizational strength, discretion and hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication skills and a structured way of working
- Enjoy taking responsibility and helping to shape things
- Interest in a sustainable, growth-oriented company in the gardening sector
