Management Assistant (m/f/d)
Location: Graz / Full-time
Your role at AdamGard
Are you passionate about digital sales strategies, online sales and clear results? As an Online Sales Manager, you are responsible for the development and optimization of our webshop – from product listing to conversion. You manage performance marketing campaigns together with our Swiss agency, think in numbers and funnels, and love it when measures are visible in real results. With your keen eye for sales and your enthusiasm for turnover, you ensure that AdamGard grows online.
Your tasks
- Support and further development of the AdamGard webshop (WooCommerce)
- Structure and conversion optimization (product presentation, navigation, UX)
- Planning and management of performance marketing campaigns (incl. KPI monitoring)
- Close cooperation with our Swiss agency for paid campaigns
- Regular analysis of customer behavior and webshop key figures
- Development and implementation of campaigns & sales promotion
What you bring with you
- Completed training or studies in the field of e-commerce, digital sales, online marketing or business
- At least 3 years of professional experience in online sales or performance marketing
- Experience with WooCommerce, Google Ads, meta campaigns & analytics
- Strong sales personality with drive, focus on numbers & conversion instinct
- Enjoy sales, responsibility and digital optimization
- Structure, initiative and interest in sustainable products
