Assistant to the management (m/f/d)
Location: Graz / Full-time
Your role at AdamGard
As an assistant to operations management, you will support our CPO in day-to-day operations and bring structure to our processes – from production and logistics to material planning. You keep an eye on processes, think along with us and actively keep the operational backbone of our system running.
Your tasks
- Supporting operations management in planning, organization and monitoring
- Collaboration in production and supply chain coordination
- Maintenance of process documents, plans & key figures
- Communication with warehouse, purchasing, suppliers & internal interfaces
- Coordination of small projects to increase efficiency
- Organization of meetings, minutes & documentation
What you bring with you
- Completed training or studies in the technical, logistical or economic field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in operations, logistics or production planning
- Technical understanding, hands-on mentality and reliability
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit, accuracy and enjoyment of organization
- Interest in sustainable garden production and product development
