Assistant to the management (m/f/d)

Location: Graz / Full-time

Your role at AdamGard

As an assistant to operations management, you will support our CPO in day-to-day operations and bring structure to our processes – from production and logistics to material planning. You keep an eye on processes, think along with us and actively keep the operational backbone of our system running.

Your tasks

  • Supporting operations management in planning, organization and monitoring
  • Collaboration in production and supply chain coordination
  • Maintenance of process documents, plans & key figures
  • Communication with warehouse, purchasing, suppliers & internal interfaces
  • Coordination of small projects to increase efficiency
  • Organization of meetings, minutes & documentation

What you bring with you

  • Completed training or studies in the technical, logistical or economic field
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in operations, logistics or production planning
  • Technical understanding, hands-on mentality and reliability
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • Team spirit, accuracy and enjoyment of organization
  • Interest in sustainable garden production and product development
