Accounting (m/f/d)
Location: Graz / part-time or full-time possible
Your role at AdamGard
Numbers are more than just a duty for you – they are structure, clarity and control? Then you’ve come to the right place. As an accountant at AdamGard, you will be responsible for independently booking our ongoing business transactions and working closely with the management and our tax advisor. You are familiar with BMD, appreciate a tidy system and bring accuracy, discretion and reliability – in a modern environment with purpose.
Your tasks
- Independent ongoing booking of all business transactions (accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank, cash register, etc.)
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in close cooperation with the tax consultant
- Maintenance and control of booking data in BMD
- Use of Excel for overview, planning and coordination
- Collaboration in liquidity and expenditure planning
- Learning and using the ERP system Odoo for documentation & process integration
- Support with tax, accounting and organizational issues
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with an accountant’s examination
- Or: Several years of relevant practice in a tax consultancy firm
- Confident handling of BMD is a prerequisite
- Very good knowledge of Excel (e.g. tables, formulas, simple evaluations)
- Structured, precise and reliable way of working
- Sense of responsibility, loyalty and enjoyment of clear figures
