B2B Sales Manager (m/f/d) - Field Service
Territory: DACH region (AT/DE/CH) / full-time
Your role at AdamGard
Do you love direct contact with customers, enjoy being on the road and have gasoline in your blood when it comes to sales? Then you’ve come to the right place! As a B2B Sales Manager in the field, you will actively build up our retailer network in German-speaking countries – especially with horticultural businesses, regional specialist retailers and small to medium-sized nurseries. You will bring our shop-in-shop concept to the right partners, convince them with your personality, product understanding and enthusiasm – and turn interest into sales.
Your tasks
- Active acquisition of new B2B customers in the horticulture & specialist trade sector
- Presentation and distribution of our modular shop-in-shop system
- Building long-term relationships with nurseries, garden centers and regional retailers
- Advice on product range, presentation and sales opportunities
- Planning and implementation of on-site appointments, presentations and trade fair visits
- Sales responsibility for your sales territory in the DACH region
- Close cooperation with management, marketing and logistics
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial or horticultural training is an advantage
- At least 3-5 years of experience in active B2B sales, ideally in field sales
- You are a real doer – with power, self-drive and a passion for sales
- You love to inspire people and build new customer relationships
- Willingness to travel in the DACH region and enjoy working independently
- Interest in sustainable products, high-quality solutions and beautiful design
