Assistant to the Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Location: Graz / Full-time
Your role at AdamGard
As an assistant to the Head of Marketing, you will support our CMO team in the planning, coordination and implementation of campaigns, communication measures and sales strategies. You will keep the organizational threads together, contribute creative impulses and ensure that our brand message is delivered accurately and effectively – both internally and externally.
Your tasks
- Operational support for marketing management in day-to-day business
- Coordination of campaigns, agencies and service providers
- Creation of presentations, reports and media plans
- Organization of meetings, trade fairs and team processes
- Responsibility for punctual implementation & coordination of ongoing marketing projects
- Close collaboration with Content, Sales & Design
What you bring with you
- Completed training or studies in marketing, communications or business
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Organizational talent, understanding of marketing and initiative
- Reliable communication style – in writing and in person
- Affinity for digital tools, KPIs & target group work
- Interest in sustainable brand design and garden culture
