The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order.

By clicking on the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

Confirmation of receipt of the order is sent together with acceptance of the order immediately after the order has been sent by means of an automated e-mail.

The purchase contract is concluded with this e-mail confirmation.

In the event of slight negligence, we shall only be liable in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

On our website, we sometimes use content that has been created and further processed with the help of artificial intelligence (AI), in particular Midjourney. In addition, supporting text content was generated or optimized with the help of ChatGPT (OpenAI).

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
