Your role at AdamGard

In this versatile all-rounder role, you will accompany our products from incoming goods to pre-assembly and packaging. You will ensure that our high-quality horticultural systems are professionally prepared, fully picked and delivered on time. Clarity, order and technical understanding are just as important to you as enjoying working in a team.
Your tasks
- Incoming goods inspection and warehouse organization
- Pre-assembly of components for our modular horticultural systems
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Operation of simple machines and tools
- Participation in the ongoing process optimization in warehouse & production
What you bring with you
- Completed apprenticeship in a technical or skilled trade:
e.g. mechanical engineering, metalworking, vehicle construction or similar.e.g. mechanical engineering, metalworking, tinsmithing, metal processing, vehicle construction or similar. - Technical understanding, manual dexterity and diligence
- Physical resilience and enjoyment of practical work
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to lend a hand wherever you are needed
- Interest in high-quality, sustainable products with a system
